Procedure
:
1. In a bowl, marinate chicken with calamansi, dark soy sauce, salt, and black pepper.
2. In a pan, heat butter and oil over medium heat. Fry onion rings until transparent and set aside.
3. In the same frying pan, add chicken, stir-fry until tender. Add the marinate.
4. Season or adjust saltiness with a little water. Let the sauce simmer until slightly thick.
