Are you in the mood for a crispy beef patty with a twist?


Ingredients:
 
3 pcs CDO Ulam Burger Crispy Patties
1 can CDO liver spread
1/2 ginger, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 pc red onion, thinly sliced
1 pc siling pang-sigang, chopped
1 pc siling labuyo, chopped
2 tbsps mayonnaise
2 tbsps vinegar
2 tbsps oil
Salt and pepper to taste
 
Procedure:
 
Fry CDO Ulam Burger Crispy Patties until golden brown.
Chop then toss in CDO liver spread until coated. Set aside.
In a bowl, mix vinegar and mayonnaise.
Season with salt and pepper.
Toss in ginger, garlic, onions, and chili.
Mix with Ulam Burger then toss.
Serve in a bowl.
