Procedure for the fish taco:
1. Pour olive oil into a small bowl and add chili powder, oregano, cumin, chopped cilantro, and salt and pepper. Mix well. Place the fish on a dish and pour the marinade over it.
2. Heat pan over medium-high heat. Remove fish from the marinade. Pan fry the fish in the hot pan. Set aside.
Taco Assembly:
1. On a taco shell, place a spoonful of cabbage slaw on the bottom, add slices of fried fish on top and jalapeno slices.
2. Serve on the side of tomato salsa and cilantro – lime – mayo and lime wedges.
