Try an innovative way to cook boneless bangus with gata.


Procedure:

1. Season bangus with salt and pepper. Stuff bangus with onion and tomatoes. Wrap bangus in banana leaf.


 
2. Heat pan with oil. Sauté onion, garlic, ginger, and chili.
3. Pour coconut cream. Season with patis, salt, and pepper. Simmer.


 
4. Put bangus, simmer for 15-20 minutes. 

5. Adjust seasoning with fish sauce according to taste.
6. Sprinkle with leeks.
