Recreate the famous rice upgrade that Filipinos love.
Procedure:
1. In a wok, heat oil and add annatto powder. Add garlic and sauté until slightly brown. Add in butter and rice.
2. Stir-fry for a few minutes until rice is well-colored with annatto oil.
3. Add tomato paste and soy sauce into rice. Sauté and stir well.
