End your feast with a refreshing Mango Nata Tapioca.


Procedure:

1. In a sauce pan, boil nata de coco and tapioca in sugar and water. When it boils, allow to simmer until cooked and reduced the syrup.

2. In a mixing bowl, add all-purpose cream, condensed milk, pandan extract and vanilla extract. Mix well.

3. Add mangoes, nata de coco, and tapioca pearls. 
4. Chill before serving.
