Procedure:

1. In a non-stick pan, put fresh milk, powdered milk and sugar together. Mix well.


 
2. Bring to a boil and cook. Stir constantly on low heat until thick and caramel colored.
 
3. Mix in the butter. Transfer into a bowl and leave to cool.


 
4. Roll the pastillas in rectangles, cut into ½ -inch squares. Roll into sugar.
