Cool off this summer with Saba and Langka Con Yelo.


Procedure:

1. In a saucepan, bring water to a boil. Add brown sugar and stir until dissolved. Add in vanilla extract and sago.


 
2.  Add saba bananas and langka, cover and simmer in low heat for 15 minutes, until saba is fork tender. Remove from the heat and let it cool.


 
3. Put saba and sago in a serving glass or bowl. 
4. Top with crushed ice, pour ¼ can of the evaporated milk on the bananas and sago. Top with langka.
