Don't know what else to do with your can of tuna? Turn it into a refreshing salad.


Ingredients:
 
1 180g can San Marino Tuna Flakes
½ cup mayonnaise
1 ripe mango, cut into strips
100 g cabbage, shredded
1 pc cucumber, seeded and cut into strips
White pepper to taste
Salt to taste
 
Procedure:
 
Gently mix San Marino Tuna Flakes and mayo.
Season with salt and white pepper.
In a bowl, add the Tuna Flakes mixture, ripe mango, cabbage and cucumber.
Mix well. 
Garnish with additional tuna flakes.
