It is a sad day for anime fans around the world after it was announced that voice actor Keiji Fujiwara died at the age of 55.

In a statement released by his company Air Agency, Fujiwara died last April 12 due to cancer.

According to the Instagram post of @hunterxhunter20ll, Keiji Fujiwara voiced the anime characters of Leorio Paladinight in Hunter X Hunter and Maes Hughes in Fullmetal Alchemist.

Voice actor Keiji Fujiwara, also known as Leorio Paladinight from Hunter x Hunter and Maes Hughes from Fullmetal alchemist has passed away due to cancer at age 55 on April 12, 2020. Rest In Peace. 🙏 #Hunterxhunter #keijifujiwara
