In the 12th week of I Left My Heart in Sorsogon, Celeste (Heart Evangelista) needed to choose between her true love Tonito (Richard Yap) or her first love Mikoy (Paolo Contis).
Celeste initially chose Mikoy but Tonito's daughter, Tiffany (Kyline Alcantara), begged Celeste to choose her father. Fortunately for Tiffany, Mikoy has reconciled with her girlfriend Hazel (Michelle Dee), which broke Celeste's heart.
To make Celeste even more jealous, Hazel introduced herself as Mikoy's girlfriend. Meanwhile, Tiffany and Basti (Mavy Legaspi) placed their bets on who would Celeste ultimately choose--Tiffany picked Tonito while Basti picked Mikoy.
In a sunflower farm, Celeste and Hazel face-off to win over Mikoy's heart.
Celeste and Hazel had their second round face-off in the kitchen trying to impress Mikoy's grandmother, Lola Ikay (Debraliz Valasote).
Unfortunately for Celeste, Hazel proposed to Mikoy to get married, which he accepted. Will Celeste go back to Tonito now that Mikoy is already engaged?
