In the third week of I Left My Heart in Sorsogon, Celeste (Heart Evangelista) continues her community service in Sorsogon with her first love Mikoy (Paolo Contis).
As they discover and rediscover the beauty of Sorsogon, both Celeste and Mikoy unexpectedly take a trip down memory lane as they reminisce about their past.
Aside from doing her community service, Celeste's estranged family - father Patricio (Rey PJ Abellana), stepmother Adora (Shamaine Buencamino), and younger step brother Basti (Mavy Legaspi) - continue to make an effort in order to have a better relationship with her.
Meanwhile, Tonito's (Richard Yap) daughter, Tiffany (Kyline Alcantara), traveled to Sorsogon and she unknowingly met Celeste's younger stepbrother Basti.
Celeste feels that Mikoy knowingly and consciously brings her to places that became memorable to them when they were still a couple.
In addition, Celeste accidentally sent a good night message to Mikoy instead of sending it to Tonito.
Because of what was happening between Celeste and Mikoy, the latter decided to take a day off as the one who oversees the former's community service.
I Left My Heart in Sorsogon airs Mondays to Fridays on GMA Telebabad after 24 Oras.
