In the finale week of I Left My Heart in Sorsogon, Celeste (Heart Evangelista) ultimately chooses her great love Tonito (Richard Yap) over her first love Mikoy (Paolo Contis).
When Celeste bid farewell to Sorsogon, she already said her goodbyes to her and Mikoy's family, who became close to her heart once again.
In Manila, Celeste's infidelity to Tonito broke out after his older sister Vivian (Marina Benipayo) revealed it to the press.
Now that Celeste's back in Manila, Vivian still fought for Celeste and Tonito's relationship to stop, even when they were already not together. Celeste also started a social media war with Tonito's ex-wife, Aurelia (Issa Litton).
Aside from their social media war, Celeste and Aurelia also went head-to-head in a fashion show but they reconciled later on.
In the end, although she went to Sorsogon to stop Mikoy's wedding to Hazel (Michelle Dee), Celeste ultimately choose Tonito.
