Ice Seguerra and Liza Diño celebrated another milestone after their daughter Amara achieved something remarkable.
On Instagram, the couple proudly shared that Amara was officially accepted into one of the United States' most prestigious schools, Stanford University.
"I AM A PROUD STANFORD MOM!!!... Yup. THE Stanford University.
Mechanical engineering," Liza wrote.
"Never in a million years could I have imagined that my precious baby girl, who used to get Bs in Math, who had to take Kumon so her grades will improve just got accepted in one the top 3 universities IN THE WORLD."
The wait for the results coincided with Amara's recent 18th birthday, which Liza admitted was an emotional roller coaster for all three of them.
The couple couldn't be prouder, especially since Stanford wasn't the only university Amara got into. She was also accepted to Columbia University, UC Berkeley, and the University of Southern California. Meanwhile, she was waitlisted at Harvard University.
"What?!? How to be you anak koooo? My God, I'm so so so so proud of you. Not everyone gets the privilege of choosing which school to go to. But this isn't luck. This is hard work. This is discipline. This is you showing up over and over again, even when it wasn't easy. This is all you!" Liza continued.
"So my love, embrace it. Be proud of it. Celebrate it because you have earned every single bit of this. And whatever you choose (I know you've chosen already), we're right here with you. Always. We love you so much, Amara."
Followers quickly flooded the comment section with praise and congratulations for the family, especially for Amara.
Ice and Liza tied the knot in December 2014 and happily became parents to Amara, Liza's daughter from her previous marriage.
Last December, the couple celebrated their sweet 11th wedding anniversary.
