Hanbin's heartfelt message was posted through Lab 5GAM

More than a month after surprising his fans with a new song through SoundCloud, iKON member Hanbin threw social media into another tearful celebration yesterday, February 16.

On Lab 5GAM's Instagram account, a series of the K-pop singer is seen looking by the beach with words that say:

“Saying hello! I wanted to see you for a long time. I haven't seen you for a long time. Thank you for doing so well.

“Don't cry for me. As you wish… as you think… as you dream.”

Lab 5GAM is a high-end perfumery store created by Hanbin's mother.

Shortly after the post was released, the word “Hanbin” immediately trended on Twitter and fans couldn't express their joy seeing their singer doing so well after departing from the group due to purchasing marijuana and LSD from an undisclosed female dealer.

On January 2, 2020, Hanbin released a personal song titled “Demo 1” on his personal SoundCloud account.

The rapper, singer, and songwriter wrote beautiful yet haunting sad lyrics which showed not only how he felt about his situation but also his talents in writing and singing.

The lyrics as translated in English read: “After waking up from a long dream, I felt like living thanks to you / I couldn't tell you these words, treated heartlessly 'til the end / This thing called 'farewell,' I can't get used to it / I hope this is not the end, I have to see you again.”

Kim Hanbin, also known by his stage name B.I., is a South Korean rapper, singer-songwriter, and former leader of boy group iKon under YG Entertainment.

The group recently went to the Philippines at the launch of a mobile giant's latest flagship phone.
