Sisters Ina and Ana Feleo took to Instagram to commemorate the 71st birthday of their late father, Johnny Delgado. Read more:

Kapuso actress Ina Feleo recalled her favorite moment with her late father, Johnny Delgado, to commemorate his 71st birthday on Thursday, February 28.

In an Instagram post, Ina said, "Happy birthday to the one and only Johnny D (heart emoji).

"Before sleeping I remembered scratching the back of your head with matching baby gibberish that always made your stress go away sabi mo."

She also said, "You are never forgotten. We love you!"

She, then, added, "#leapyear #lundaginmobeybeh."

Meanwhile, Ina's sister, Ana Feleo visited the late veteran actor's grave at Loyola Memorial Park in Marikina to celebrate his special day.

In an Instagram post, Ana wrote, "I am the strong woman I am today because I was privileged to have you as my father. Happy birthday, Daddy! I love you with all my heart."

Johnny Delgado passed away in November 2009 after a long battle with lymphoma. He was 61.

The award-winning actor was known for his portrayal in Tanging Yaman, Ligalig, and La Visa Loca.

He appeared in GMA series including Kamandag, Te Amo, Maging Sino Ka Man, and All Together Now.
