In an Instagram post, content creator and voice-over artist Inka Magnaye shared a clip of herself filming while crying, dated December 17, 2025.
Text overlaying the video clip revealed that during that time, Inka chose to be alone and distanced herself from others, including her family and friends. She further disclosed that she had lost her job and ended a relationship.
“December 17, 2025, isolated, living away from friends and family, unsupported, alone, rock bottom, lost work, ended relationship,” Inka wrote in the said video clip.
She did not share any further details regarding her breakup with her partner.
As the video clip continued, it suddenly transitioned to three months after the breakup. The voice actress shared that she is now focusing on herself and regaining her “spark” as a single woman.
“Surrounded by friends and family, back on medications, regular therapy, regular workout routine, focusing on rebuilding work, prioritizing myself,” she wrote in the video clip.
The couple's relationship faced intense public pressure in late 2025 following allegations of anomalies in DPWH flood control projects involving Crespo.
Despite Inka's defense of her partner at the time, she faced ongoing criticism from the public for her perceived silence regarding the issue.
After revealing their split, she addressed netizens who continued to link her to the previous controversy.
In a now-expired Instagram story, she advised the public to direct any further inquiries to her former partner.
Inka clarified that she is not his “spokesperson,” “wife,” or “keeper.” She urged the public to deal with him directly, noting that he is a “grown man” capable of standing on his own.
“You have a problem with my ex working in the government? Take it up with HIM, not me,” Inka wrote.
She continued by writing, “He's a grown man and he can tell you himself. I'm not his spokesperson, I'm not his wife, I'm not his keeper, I'm not his caretaker.”
Inka also called out a perceived double standard, noting that while individuals associated with the families of controversial contractors often escape public scrutiny, she continues to face backlash for accusations she was never personally involved in.
“There are people out there who are friends with the children of corrupt contractors, but you've already let them live their lives. So why keep punishing me for an accusation that wasn't even directed at me?” she argued.
The voice-over artist concluded her statement by saying: “I'm fkn done with this.”
