'Pinoy MD' talked about the healthiest and effective alternative to cure kidney stones.

Kidney stones are the salt deposits that build up in the kidneys and can cause blockage in the urinary bladder.

When this happens, the patient feels a painful sensation when urinating or peeing.

The two main causes of kidney stones are excessive intake of salty food and inadequate drinking of water.
