Former ‘Eat Bulaga’ host Isabelle Daza shared on her Instagram a video where she talked about the issue of mental illness.

During her talk, the celebrity mom/social media influencer stressed that mental illness is something we should never be ashamed of.
Belle explained, “I’m here today because I want to remove this stigma that mental illness, anxiety, depression is something that we need to be ashamed about.”
She also discussed this “culture of jealousy” that social media generated.
“With social media, I’m not gonna say that it’s the most awful thing on Earth because social media has helped us with a lot. It generates this jealousy and it generates this I’m not good enough, I’m not as pretty, I’m not as thin, I’m not travelling as much. I felt like I need to be relevant.”
But one netizen @reggie0625 commented on Isabelle’s post saying that the “It Girl” is not suited to be the voice of mental illness.
“But you do realize you and your stupid clique are some of the reasons why most girls in the country are full of hate, bitterness and insecurity, right? With what you post on social media about your daily lifestyle, travels here and everywhere, fancy stuff and all that jazz, do you honestly think that inspires your followers? I don’t think so, it makes them realize how much they’re life will never be the same as yours. Not that it’s your fault you were born with a silver spoon in your mouth, but I just don’t think you are the right person to be the voice of mental health.”
Isabelle reaction to @reggie0625 comments about her was short and simple.
On the other hand, many celebrities were inspired by the efforts of Isabelle on supporting mental health awareness.
