Bea and GMA sealed the deal with a contract signing ceremony this afternoon.
Bea Alonzo is now a Kapuso!
The award-winning actress officially begins a new chapter in her career after signing a contract with GMA Network.
The contract signing happened at the Edsa Shangri-La, Manila, in Mandaluyong City today, July 1, Thursday.
An excited Bea said that she's looking forward to working with Kapuso artists, some of them she already worked with in the past on various projects.
Bea is already poised to make a movie with Kapuso star Alden Richards.
The two will top-bill the Philippine adaptation of the Japanese TV drama titled Pure Soul, which inspired the 2004 South Korean film A Moment to Remember.
Viva Films, GMA Pictures, and APT Entertainment are co-producing the movie.
An actress known for her versatility, Bea starred in several blockbuster movies that earned her acting awards including One More Chance, The Mistress, and A Second Chance, among others.
She now looks forward to starting a new chapter in her career as a Kapuso.
