Iya Villania revealed that they are selling their apartment in Sydney, Australia.
The "Chika Minute" host admitted that having five children is the reason she and her family are putting their Sydney apartment up for sale.
In a social media post, Iya shared a glimpse of the property and said, "Anyone interested in investing in a Sydney apartment in a prime location? Selling our Sydney apartment and its a great price for a 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom unit in the city RFS? Simply because we need something a little bigger because hello… 5 children "
Iya nd her husband Drew Arellano have children: Primo, Leon, Alana, Astro, and Anya.

Along with her announcement, Iya also posted some key details about the property's location.
"Located right in front of Haymarket Light Rail and 200m away from Central Station, this place is nothing short of ACCESSIBLE. We chose this area specifically because of its easy access to public transport hence not needing a car or car seats when we visit Central Station makes it easy to get to the suburbs, the Light Rail makes it easy to get anywhere around the city (takes you straight to Circular Quay where the Opera House is) and is also a short walk to Darling Harbour (kids fave Tumbalong playground ) and all the tourist places like Sea Life, Wild Life, Madam Tussauds and the Maritime Museum and because its also near University of Technology Sydney (UTS), it would be great prep too if you plan on sending your kids to school in Sydney Oh, I almost forgot to mention that there's a Woolies (supermarket) just at the back across the street (4min walk away) "
She also shared a few important reminders for potential buyers.
Iya said, "Open only to those who are Aussie citizens or Permanent Oz Residents. Unless willing to go thru the costly and gruelling process of applying for exemption thru the foreign investment review board (not recommended by my agent) This is still an off the market opportunity but by next week it will be on the market already meaning open to more buyers leading to more competition in purchase for those interested sooo… act fast "
