Iya Villania-Arellano got real with her "just gave birth" body on social media
Though she had just given birth to her fourth child, Iya Villania-Arellano did not shy away from posting a realistic selfie showing off her post-partum body right after giving birth to son Astro Phoenix V. Arellano--which she describes as her "most painful" childbirth experience.
In an Instagram Story, Iya bared her baby bump less than two days after she gave birth.
In a recent social media post, Iya shared a few details of her challenging unmedicated delivery.
"My longest and most painful delivery but also the most special because I was praying for strength and courage EVERY SINGLE DAY hoping to get thru an unmedicated birth to wrap up this journey (yes guys, I believe this is the last! )
"I was at 6cm and giving up when I asked for the drugs when all of a sudden God flipped a switch and I delivered 30-40mins after!!! He knew the desires of my heart and He opened my cervix up before the drugs came
