“I’d love to do lifestyle here, variety; I’d still love to sing and dance and of course, I just want to host more,” Iya Villania says when asked what projects she'd like to have now that GMA is once again her home network.

Iya first appeared in the soap opera, Walang Hanggan back in 2003, opposite Oyo Sotto and Valerie Concepcion. She was also in the second batch of the youth-oriented series Click, where she played the teenager, Sydney. She was also a host for the now defunct variety show SOP Gigsters. She went on to be one of the most recognizable celebrity hosts.

Iya now joins her Kapuso husband, Drew Arellano.

They enjoyed a 10-year relationship before finally getting married last January.

Pressed for which shows she'll be appearing in, Iya remains cryptic. "’Yan ang dapat nating abangan. Surprise na lang ‘yun." She did admit that her first appearance will be in a variety show. "I’m gonna be there sa 'Sunday All Stars' this Sunday," she says with a smile.
