Iza showed an online conversation with Dr. Geraldine Zamora about donating blood.
Studies show that recovered COVID-19 patients contain antibodies in their blood that can help treat patients suffering from the same disease.
In the conversation, Dr. Zamora asked Iza, “Iza, in case you decide to donate, please let me know! Heal well, xoxo”
Iza replied, “YES! I will keep donating! This will be my advocacy.”
The actress added on her Instagram story, “Reach out to PGH if you want to donate. Sabay tayo kung gusto niyo!”
Iza's manager, Noel Ferrer, announced her recovery through social media on March 30.
She was discharged on March 31 after battling the coronavirus and a bacterial infection.
