Jackie Gonzaga pens an emotional tribute to her late mom.
Jackie Gonzaga sorrowfully and emotionally shared the news of the passing of her deeply beloved mother, Luisa Gonzaga.
Through an Instagram post, the It's Showtime host honored her mother by uploading a collection of pictures and reflecting their moments together during her mother's stay in the hospital for care.
Jackie wrote in her caption, “Pinakamatatag. Pinakamaganda. Pinakamapagmahal. Mahal na mahal kita ng sobra sobra mommy ko!! I love you forever!!!!”
In one of the videos, Jackie can be seen encouraging her mother as she takes medicine.
“Lakas niya oh,” Jackie described her mother in the video.
Several of Jackie's fellow industry personalities expressed their sympathies in the comments section of her post. Among them were Anne Curtis, Ryan Bang, Vhong Navarro, Klarisse de Guzman, Lassy, Jugs Jugueta, Nicole Cordoves, and Amy Perez.
“My heart breaks with yours. Big hug @jackiegirlg,” offered Anne in sympathy.
“Jackie, I'm so sorry. Nandito lang ako if you need anything. Let me know anytime. Love you! Sending you a big hug. Praying for Tita and your family,” said Ryan.
“Pls be strong, Jackie!” encouragement from Vhong.
“Yakaaap @jackiegirlg. Nakikiramay ako,” commented Klarisse.
“Madalas kami magkatabi ni mommy sa upuan tuwing nasa studio sya ng its showtime. Tapos tawa lang sya ng tawa sakin tuwing kakuwentuhan nya ako. At tuwing may magandang nangyayari sa buhay ko isa sya sa masaya para sakin. Tapos Lagi nya ako sinasabihan tungkol sa health na magpahinga naman daw ako pag may time. Mamimiss kita mommy. Salamat mommy memories and kahit papano ay minsan napatawa at napasaya kita. Condolence jackie and sa family mo. Nakikiramay ako,” shared Lassy.
“Yakap para sa buong pamilya. Aalagaan ko ang mga Patani na bigay sa akin ni Mommy,” expressed Jugs.
“Condolences and prayers, Jackie,”said Nicole.
“Salamat ng marami Mommy ma miss ko ang pasalubong mo na avocado. Love you!” Amy wrote.
