Filipino AHGASEs and Jackys celebrate as Jackson Wang makes his long-awaited return to Manila!
The GOT7 member recently took to Instagram Stories to share an update on his arrival for his highly anticipated Magicman 2 concert.
Accompanied by a short video of a local highway, Jackson captioned the post “I'm excited” with a heart emoji.
Shortly after, Jackson met with the local media to express his excitement and open up the deeper meaning behind his latest project.
In an interview with GMANetwork.com, the multi-talented artist revealed the inspiration behind his Magicman 2 album.
"Every song in my album is from my personal journal," he said. "MAGICMAN 2 represents my intuition, my alter ego, and I think it's the first time I create something for my fans that is as honest as a human. Not as an artist, just a pure human being."
Jackson shared that he continues to pursue his passion and dreams on a deeper level, even after creating something personal for his fans.
"I think more experimental music," he continued. "But I still wanna talk about something that's real rather than just talking about something that was meaningless to me. I hope that the next music for me is moving forward. That is the most important thing, talking about something that is real to me."
Fans can catch Jackson live at the Magicman 2 concert on November 2 at the Smart Araneta Coliseum.
Released in July 2025, Magicman 2 features tracks such as “GBAD,” “High Alone,” and “Hate to Love,” and debuted at No. 13 on the Billboard 200 Chart.
Meanwhile, this marks Jackson's much-awaited return to the country after his last performance at the Head In The Clouds Festival Manila in December 2022.
