The Millionaire's Wife actress Jaclyn Jose is named Best Actress at the 69th annual Cannes Film Festival for her portrayal of Rosa in the Brillante Mendoza film Ma' Rosa. The festival was held from May 11 to 22 in Cannes, France.
Ma' Rosa is about a woman who is struggling to survive, going as far as to selling drugs on the side just to put food on the table for her beloved children.
