Actor-entrepreneur Jak Roberto's acting performance in the hit afternoon prime soap My Father's Wife earned lots of praise from viewers.
Last Saturday (August 16), Gerald's (Jak Roberto) father Marcel, played by actor-politician Yul Servo, passed away.
In one of the episode highlights, the scene of Gerald's family mourning the death of Marcel gained over 1.9 million views on Facebook alone.
Several people lauded Jak's acting performance in the episode and many described seeing him heartbroken over what happened to his dad as just 'gut-wrenching.'

Meanwhile, GMA Network's confirmation that Dina Bonnevie will be joining My Father's Wife generated a lot of buzz on social media, too.
