Kabilang si Jake Macapagal sa lead cast ng upcoming political thriller series na 'Whispers From Heaven.'
Puno ng excitement ang aktor na si Jake Macapagal para sa unang major project sa GMA, ang upcoming political thriller series na Whispers From Heaven.
Kabilang si Jake sa lead cast ng pinakabagong aabangang Kapuso series kasama sina Bea Alonzo, Tom Rodriguez, Maricar Reyes, Jason Abalos, at Cassy Legaspi.
Sa exclusive interview ng GMANetwork.com, ipinarating ni Jake ang nararamdaman na napabilang sa cast ng Whispers From Heaven.
"Actually, I'm a little bit parang lumulutang kasi this is my first major thing that I'm doing with GMA so it's very exciting, especially, when we were in the green room kanina on the side, na-meet ko si Jason, and Maricar came in... and then Tom came in and then Bea came in, when we were in the room sabi ko 'Oh, I think this is gonna be a good group of people to work with.' So, I'm very excited about that kasi this will be with Zig [Dulay] as well," sabi ng aktor.
Ang Whispers From Heaven ay sasailalim sa direksyon ng award-winning director na si Zig Dulay at associate director na si Jorron Lee Monroy.
Samantala, ibinahagi rin ni Jake ang excitement na makatrabaho sina Bea, Tom, at Maricar sa serye.
"I'm excited because I never really worked with... I know Tom because he has done some theater, and I also know who Bea is, but this is the first time we're working together.
"I'm excited because I know they're going to bring it on. And, people are looking forward to the team-up. And, of course, Maricar, this is her comeback, but more of a refresher, so this is very exciting," dagdag niya.
Nang tanungin kung ano ang aabangan ng manonood sa Whispers From Heaven, sagot niya, "I think the most exciting thing is that it has a certain parallel, if you can look at the news of what's happening to our country, naka-parallel siya.
"The research is already online, so it's nice to see this as a reflection of when you see something, and then you can reflect and see na may message itong TV series na ito. Hopefully, it could carry on until 2028, and we have the correct choices for our leaders."
