In celebration of his son’s eighth birthday, PBA player James Yap posted a video from six years ago where his son Bimby was playing basketball.

James expressed his surprise over how quickly his son is growing up. “Ambilis talaga ng panahon. Two years old ka palang sa video na to, ngayon 8 ka na. Sana lagi kang masaya tulad nito,” he wrote.

In a separate post, he assured his son that he always has his back.

“Happy birthday Bimb!!! Di man tayo araw-araw magkasama, I just want you to know I’ll always be here for you… I love you so much and Papa is proud of you,” he declared.
