Luming returns to the country a seemingly changed woman. But Carding and Lupe should watch out for this wolf in sheep's clothing.
After her years of stay in a foreign land, Luming returned to the country as a changed woman. Compared to her old, aggressive self, she has become tamer – yet more dangerous. Certain that Carding and Lupe are still very much in love with each other, she resorted to measures that will force Carding to get closer with her.
She tried to prevent Carding from getting to the hospital when his child got in danger and needed blood transfusion, and ordered Greco to burn his house to the ground with his grandfather Ben in it. Despite all these events, however, Carding did not see her real intentions as she disguised as a true friend who only wanted to help.
Meanwhile, Lupe is relieved to know that her child has survived their accident. Glad that Carding showed his concern for their son, she did not hesitate to make amends with him. Both planned to get married and give their son a good future, but Don Ignacio made Lupe rethink her decision. Lupe now had to choose between two things that are given second chances in her life: her career and her love.
What will Lupe choose, and how will her choice affect her renewed relationship with Carding? Will Luming eventually find her way into Carding’s heart, or will her dark secrets be discovered first?
