Jason Abalos is ready for a big change in the coming year as he wishes for a child for him and wife Vickie Rushton.
Jason Abalos and his wife Vickie Rushton have had an eventful 2022, but now it looks like the actor-politician is looking for even more challenges and changes as he wishes for a child in 2023.
In his most recent Instagram post, Jason posted a photo of him and Vickie in front of a tree lit up with Christmas lights, as well as the photos of him and Vickie that were used in their wedding banns. Jason captioned the post with an acknowledgment of how much has changed since their wedding, and how the final blessing they could ask for is a child to complete the family.
Jason has made no secret of his desire to have kids, even sharing a message to his future children with Vickie back in July, when the two of them were just an engaged couple. In the letter, he waxed poetic about building a home in the lot he and Vickie were standing on.
Jason and Vickie got married last September after spending a year as an engaged couple. The wedding was held at the San Antonio De Padua Parish Church in Nasugbu, Batangas. The couple later shared that their marriage was supposed to be held in early 2022 but had to be moved due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.
Aside from their wedding, the Abalos family also saw Jason win a seat as a provincial board member in Nueva Ecija last year. Both Vickie and Jason also became Navy Reservists last month, with both Jason and Vickie hyping each other up for finishing the training.
