Personal finance content creator Jax Reyes reminds his followers to be appreciative of the gifts that they'd receive this Christmas, no matter the price tag.
Personal finance and travel content creator Jax Reyes has a timely reminder as we Filipinos get busy preparing or buying gifts for our loved ones this Holiday season.
In a Facebook post that has now gone viral, the popular finfluencer (a portmanteau of "financial" and "influencer") reminded his half a million followers on Facebook to "be grateful" for whatever gift they would receive from someone.
Jax explained, “A kind reminder: receiving even ₱50 as a holiday gift may seem small to you, but it could have been a sacrifice for the giver to bless you.”
He added, “Always be grateful, regardless of the amount.”

Several netizens left a comment on Jax's Facebook post. One even said, “kahit magkano pa yan, the fact na naalala ka is enough na.”
While another netizen posted, “Agree much. It's always the thought that counts.”
