
Yesterday, June 28, Kapuso actress and talk show host Jean Garcia took to Instagram to share a selfie where she wears a necklace that contains her late mother's "green bone."
The former Ika-5 Utos star shares a short yet heartfelt message for her late mother Sandra Garcia.
She wrote in the caption, “My necklace with my mom's green bones inside I miss you Mommy! And will treasure the times we're together forever! I love you with all my heart...'til we meet again x jg.”
An Instagram user, whose username is @lioness6419, commented on her post and said, “Suwerte daw po ang green bones… Stay Blessed po @chic2garcia”

Last Mother's Day celebration, the acclaimed actress posted an emotional open letter for her late mother Sandra.
In the lengthy letter, Jean Garcia asked for forgiveness for all of her shortcomings and expressed her gratitude for everything that her mother had done for her.
The former The Gift actress wrote in the caption, “A million THANK YOU's would not even be close to enough as to how many you deserve. You were gone way too soon, but the impact you have left is substantial. I hope you know that. You were the light in so many people's lives and you will forever have a place in our hearts.”
“You are heavily missed, but we are looking forward to the day when we can see you again. I believe DEATH is not the end, because I know in my heart our love for each other will go on. Jean's daughter, Jennica Garcia-Uytingco, also paid tribute to her late grandmother last May.
The Las Hermanas actress wrote in the caption, “TRES MARIAS. We are not of this world but from up above. We will meet again Lola Sandra. Happy Mother's Day!”
