“Tiwala sa kasama and tiwala sa craft.” - Jeff Moses

Kapuso actor Jeff Moses is stepping onto the Philippine theater stage again this 2026 for the upcoming Bongga Ka 'Day!: The Annie Batungbakal Musical.

This marks Jeff's official comeback to the theater, just months after his debut with Bagets The Musical, where he played Topee.

In an exclusive interview with GMANetwork.com, Jeff recalled his debut experience and shared lessons he will carry as he steps into the life of Romer in Bongga Ka 'Day!: The Annie Batungbakal Musical.

“Tiwala sa kasama and tiwala sa craft,” said Jeff.

They treat us equally, as family talaga, and isang grupo kami.”

“So, doon ko naramdaman na you have to trust more sa mga kasama mo, tanggapin 'yung mga advice nila, hingin 'yung advice nila, [at] gawin 'yung part ko buong-puso,” he added.

According to Jeff: “tayo lang din 'yung kalaban natin minsan, e. Napapangunahan tayo ng kaba, ng doubt, so, noong panahon na 'yun, sa Bagets talaga, marami akong natutuhan at napulot na aral na nadadala ko this time around and I hope mag-reflect sa stage. Excited ako na makita niyo rin 'yun.”

Jeff is set to give life to Romer, a flight attendant and “a 27-year-old cosmopolitan, flirty, and self-assured man who knows he's handsome and worldly.” He will alternate with fellow Kapuso star Anthony Rosaldo and Sam Concepcion.

The Kapuso actor said Romer is very different from him in real life, as well as his previous characters in various Kapuso shows. Nonetheless, he remains open and ready to take on the challenge of theater.

“Hindi ko nili-limit 'yung sarili ko,” said Jeff. “Ang masasabi ko lang, sana ma-appreciate niyo anuman ang ipapakita ko rito, at tatrabahuin ko rin 'yun.”

Bongga Ka 'Day!: The Annie Batungbakal Musical begins its run in September at the Newport Performing Arts Theater.
