Real-life sweethearts Dennis Trillo and Jennylyn Mercado share that their teamwork for 'I Can See You: Truly. Madly. Deadly.' has greatly improved since their last team up for a series in 2015.

Real-life sweethearts Dennis Trillo and Jennylyn Mercado are about to grace our television screens once again as they reunite for drama anthology I Can See You's fourth mini-series, “Truly. Madly. Deadly.”

During the virtual media conference held on Wednesday, October 14, the couple shared that their interaction on set has improved since their last team up in the 2015 series My Faithful Husband.

“Ngayon kasi hindi na kami nag-aaway. Dati away kami ng away sa set. Mas smooth na,” the actress said.

Dennis then shared that their time together while in quarantine has played an important role in their improved teamwork.

“Mas nae-enjoy namin magkasama sa trabaho. Siguro dahil marami kaming time na ini-spend ngayong quarantine.

“Mas nag-a-adjust kami kasi magkasama kami every day. Nadala namin 'yun kahit na nandu'n kami sa trabaho,” he said.

Now that they have personally seen and experienced each other's growth, in terms of acting, Jennylyn noted, “Ever since naman, si Dennis, masarap siya talagang katrabaho kasi napakagaling na aktor naman talaga.”

“Truly. Madly. Deadly.” stars Dennis, sought-after model and award-winning actress Rhian Ramos, and Jennylyn. Joining them is Jhoanna Marie Tan, with the special participation of Ruby Rodriguez.

Under the helm of esteemed director Jorron Lee Monroy, the series premieres on Monday, October 19.
