Ultimate Star Jennylyn Mercado did not miss the opportunity to publicly greet Dennis Trillo for bagging the Asian Star Award at the Seoul International Drama Awards held at the KBS Hall in South Korea.
 
The Kapuso leading lady reposted the photo of Dennis with Descendants Of The Sun star Song Joong Ki and posted a short and sweet congratulatory message.

Dennis was recognized for the show My Faithful Husband where the characters of Dennis and Jennylyn used Papaw and Mamaw as their terms of endearment.
 
According to Dennis’ manager Popoy Caritativo, the award is ‘non-competitive’ and ‘recognizes and rewards Asian drama actors who are widely beloved by the Korean audience. The winners are recommended by the jury and selected by the organizing committee.’
