Jennylyn Mercado admits it's not easy to get back in shape after pregnancy.
Jennylyn Mercado is already getting back into working out a month after giving birth to a baby girl.
She wrote in an Instagram post on June 8, "Postpartum fitness isn't easy but we'll make it through! #1monthpostpartum #postpartumpilates #1stday @pilateswithkit"
Jennylyn gave birth to a baby girl on April 25, 2022 delivered through caesarean procedure.
The actress and husband Dennis Trillo revealed their baby's birth a month later in May 2022 through a vlog titled "Nursery Tour."
