Kapuso actor Jeric Gonzales promises fans of the hit series Start-Up PH that his entry to the show will be fun, far from the serious scenes viewers saw in the early episodes.

In an interview with Lhar Santiago of Chika Minute, Jeric asked viewers to watch his introduction to the series, promising that it will be a lot of fun compared to how the pilot episode went.

Jeric will be playing the part of Davidson “Dave” Navarro.

“Kung 'yung pilot episode is more on medyo seryoso, ito medyo kuwela na pag pumasok na kami,” he said.

He also asked viewers to wait for the cute, exciting, and comedic introduction of the TST boys or the Three Sons Tech, one of the many start-up companies in the series composed of Boy2 Quizon as Wilson Lim, and Royce Cabrera as Jefferson “Jeff” Katipunan.

“Napaka comedy talaga 'yung part namin lalo na yung TST boys, kami ni Boy2 tsaka ni Royce,” he added.

In a previous interview, Jeric admitted that he considers his role in the series his biggest break, and expressed how grateful he is for being part of it. He added that he was overwhelmed seeing himself in the teaser playing the character of Dave.

Jeric added that viewers should also anticipate the love triangle between him, Danica ”Dani” Sison played by Bea Alonzo, and Tristan Hernandez, played by Alden Richards.

“Pag pumasok na si Davidson sa buhay ni Dani, ayun na. Abangan nila yung mga eksena namin dahil napakaganda, napakaganda talaga,” he added.

Previously, Jeric admitted that he always wanted to work with Alden, Bea, and Yasmien Kurdi, who plays the character Katrina “Ina” Sison.

The Kapuso actor said “I'm thankful to GMA of course na ako 'yung napili nila. And to my co-stars, ito na 'yung chance ko na makasama sila. I've been dreaming of this talaga.”
