Family, friends, and colleagues gathered to pay tribute to late Taiwanese actress Barbie Hsu on the first anniversary of her death in a private ceremony held in New Taipei City.
According to reports from Taiwanese news sources and fan groups, the ceremony was held at the Chin Pao San Cemetery, where Barbie's memorial statue was unveiled. The event was kept private, with the attendees paying their respects in a non-public setting.
Also in attendance were Barbie's co-stars from Meteor Garden and F4 members Jerry Yan and Vic Chou. Pictures that emerged online later showed the two actors standing together before the ceremony.
Barbie's Meteor Garden co-star Rainie Yang who played Barbie's best friend in the show, Xiao Yu, was also present, as well as her Corner with Love co-star Show Lo.

Although he was unable to attend in person as he is currently based in China, Meteor Garden actor Ken Chu marked the occasion by reposting a tribute video on his Instagram Story.
“A year without you. A lifetime of remembering (heart emoji),” he wrote in the now-expired post.
