Jessica Sanchez admits, "There's been plenty of times I felt like I just need to give up."

A heartwarming celebration of Filipino talent took center stage during Jessica Sanchez's much-awaited homecoming concert last Saturda, May 16.

Filipino fans warmly welcomed the Filipina-Mexican singer as she returned to the country following her successful appearance on America's Got Talent Season 20.

To show her gratitude, Jessica treated the audience to a night of powerhouse performances. From upbeat dance numbers to emotional ballads, the singer captivated fans with every song, earning cheers and admiration throughout the evening.

Making the concert even more memorable were some of the country's biggest OPM stars, including Mr. Pure Energy Gary Valenciano, Asia's Songbird Regine Velasquez, Concert King Martin Nievera, Asia's Pop Heartthrob Darren Espanto, Asia's Phoenix Morissette, and Multimedia Prince James Reid.

Aside from sharing the stage with Jessica through unforgettable duets, the guest performers also expressed their admiration for her talent, perseverance, and passion for music.

"I speak on behalf of everyone in the Philippines, you were already a champion to us," Morissette praised.

"I was in awe of you, you were amazing then, and you're incredible now," Regine said.

Beyond the grand performances and heartfelt praises, the night became more intimate with a glimpse of Jessica's personal journey.

During one emotional moment on stage, the singer candidly opened up about the struggles she faced throughout her more than two decades in the spotlight.

" You know my life has been pretty much on the internet since I was a child. You know, I had a lot of love, especially from you guys. Thank you so much for all the love," she shared.

" But I also had a lot of hate throughout my life, and it's all over the internet. You know, people hating on me. I'm sure all these other artists have felt it too. It's been hard to be on the internet for so long.Everyone has seen my journey. There's been plenty of times felt like I just need to give up. I actually was about to give up on my career right before AGT."

Despite the challenges and self-doubt, Jessica said her faith and love from fans helped her continue pursuing her dreams.

"You know, the only thing that got me through AGT and even before then, and even now on this stage, is my faith. My faith is my foundation. It's the most important thing to me beyond anything and everything else," she added.

For Jessica, performing once again in front of the Filipino fans who have supported her throughout the years was a dream come true.
