Jessica Soho receives another international award for her dedication to the world of journalism.
Multi-awarded journalist and host Jessica Soho was recently honored at the Outstanding Filipino Awards in the United States as the Global Awardee for Journalism for her exemplary achievements in her field.
Jessica expressed her thanks to the Filipino community in the US for the recognition in a video posted by GMA Pinoy TV, the international channel of GMA Network on their Instagram page.
“Maraming salamat po sa Filipino community sa Amerika at sa TOFA, o the Outstanding Filipino Awards sa pagkilala po sa akin bilang global awardee for Journalism. Maraming salamat po sa inyo,” she said in the video.

She then noted how the Filipinos in the US should also be honored with the same award for their contributions not only to their family but also to the Philippines.
She ended the video with a short message to everyone, “Muli, maraming salamat po.”
The TOFA is an award given to outstanding Filipinos whose achievements are considered worthy to be matched or surpassed by others in the same field. It is awarded to Filipino individuals whose dedication to their chosen field has made significant contributions to the advancement of his or her vocation.
Awardees are chosen based on the strength of their character, and integrity, as well as the impact of their achievements in their field of work.
