Jhong Hilario couldn't be happier as his five-year-old daughter, Sarina, appears to be following in his footsteps.
What started as father-daughter dance videos on social media has now evolved into live performances, with the pair being invited to perform at various events. On Saturday, July 18, Jhong and Sarina entertained the audience with their dance performance during the birthday concert of the so-called "young CEO," Love Kryzl, at the Samsung Hall in SM Aura, Taguig City.
The It's Showtime host spoke with GMANetwork.com and several members of the entertainment media backstage before the program began.
Aside from her dance skills, Sarina also seems to have inherited her father's confidence in front of a crowd.
Nakuha niya sa akin yung kapal ng face,” Jhong said with a laugh.
He added, “Kasi, gusto niya talagang mag-perform.
When asked if he would also support Sarina should she eventually want to perform the same dance stunts he used to do with the Streetboys, Jhong shared that she already enjoys watching his old performances.
“Nakikita niya yung mga Streetboys dancing ko. Ito, grabe tumambling 'to, di ba?” Jhong asked Sarina, who shyly declined to answer her father.
