Singer-songwriter Jimmy Bondoc and his wife, fellow lawyer Isabel Torrijos, welcomed their first child together on Friday, December 5.
The "Let Me Be The One" hitmaker shared the exciting news in a Facebook post, revealing that he was unable to perform at his scheduled gig with his co-acoustic artist Nyoy Volante at his restaurant in Quezon City due to the arrival of his daughter named Juliana Isabel.
"I was supposed to perform back-to-back with him but as most of you know, nanganak na po si misis," Jimmy said. "Ayaw yata talaga ng langit na mag-show kami (joke)."
Jimmy and Isabel tied the knot on February 2, 2025 at the Manila Cathedral.
The couple were law school classmates. They got engaged in June 2024 after seven years of being together.
Jimmy served as a PAGCOR official from 2016 to 2021. He ran for a seat in the senate in the 2025 midterm elections but was unsuccessful in his bid.
