Jimuel Pacquiao's wife Carolina opened up about her fitness goals after giving birth to baby girl Clara.
Carolina Pimentel Pacquiao, the wife of Manny Pacquiao's son Jimuel, is opening up about her experience with motherhood and the changes her body underwent after giving birth.
In a Facebook Reel, Carolina shared that she weighed 128 pounds before becoming pregnant and reached 165 pounds shortly before giving birth. She said she was 155 pounds immediately after childbirth and remained around that weight for about three months before gradually losing some of the pregnancy weight.
“Motherhood has been a wonderful journey, but unfortunately, it's changed a lot about my body and how I view myself,” she said.
Carolina said she is now 144 pounds and is beginning her postpartum fitness journey as she works toward rebuilding her strength. She also opened up about breastfeeding, noting that while it can help some mothers lose weight, she experienced the opposite.
“I'm breastfeeding also, and usually it helps people lose weight but I'm having the opposite. My body has been holding onto every single pound it can grab,” she said.
Despite the challenges, Carolina said she is embracing the process and taking things one workout at a time.
“The pressure to 'snap back' after giving birth can be so real, but the truth is, rebuilding your body takes time, patience, and a whole lot of grace,” she wrote.
She also emphasized that she feels grateful for having a healthy baby and is proud of herself for recognizing that regaining her strength will take time.
“I gained weight during pregnancy, as my body was supposed to, and now I'm embracing the process of getting stronger — physically and mentally — one workout at a time,” she added.
Carolina said she hopes her experience can remind fellow mothers that they are not alone in navigating the physical and emotional changes that come with postpartum life.
“This is where my postpartum journey begins,” she said.
Carolina tied the knot with Jimuel Pacquiao in an intimate garden ceremony in California on June 12, 2026. They welcomed a baby girl named Clara on November 20, 2025, in Los Angeles, California.
