Jo Berry's late eldest sibling, Perry Berry Jr., was also her manager.
On Friday, August 26, Jo Berry took to social media to greet her late eldest sibling, Perry Berry Jr., on his birthday.
The high-spirited actress shared cute photos of them sitting on a concrete slab with the caption, "Pinipilit ko talaga umayos dito! Happy 1st Birthday in Heaven Kuya Jay @theperrygram mahal na mahal kita!"
Jo's co-stars in her previous GMA afternoon series Little Princess, Rodjun Cruz and Jestoni Alarcon, also remembered Perry who was also the actress' manager then. Little Princess is the last TV project Jo's brother arranged for her.
Gardo Versoza, Jo's co-star in her first GMA series Onanay, marked Perry's birthday as well.
Three of Jo's family members, including her brother, passed away within months of one another last year.
Her friends from the showbiz industry became her new “family” which helped her cope with the pain of dealing with the successive deaths in the family.
