Grateful ang Pinoy Big Brother Celebrity Collab Edition 2.0 Third Big Placer na si Joaquin Arce sa stepmom na si Angel Locsin nang malamang ipinagtanggol siya nito sa ilang netizens na nag-brand sa kanyang "nepo baby" noong nasa loob pa ng Bahay ni Kuya.

Sa pagbisita sa Fast Talk with Boy Abunda noong Biyernes (March 13), ikinuwento ni Joaquin ang magandang relasyon niya kay Angel na aniya ay "second mom" na niya.

"Like she's my mentor, she also gives me advice in life. Grabe 'yung nag-stop s'ya ng hiatus just to defend me. Pinagtanggol ako ni Darna. I'm so grateful for her. And like, I really couldn't have done it without her," sabi ni Joaquin.

Sa kabila ng pagiging close sa stepmom, ipinarating ni Joaquin kung gaano siya humahanga kay Angel: "I'm a fan."

Nang tanungin ng King of Talk na si Boy Abunda kung nakikita ba niya ang sarili na gagawa ng pelikula, sagot ni Joaquin, "Absolutely. I want to. I'm sorry but I feel like I have to deserve to like act in a movie.

"I feel like I have to deserve to work with her because I mean, like, come on, she's the best. I can't act with the best unless I am along those lines. So, I want to deserve to work with her. I want to work to that point."
