Half-Thai, half-Filipino Joemarie Nielsen is second to be eliminated from the Ultimate Final 14.

"I just wanna say thank you sa lahat… First, my mom for being here every Friday… My friends, supporters, thank you very much," he said.

Members of the council admitted that they were surprised with the results, but are confident that the lad’s artista journey has already begun.

"Personally… Hindi siya yung gusto ko na mawala ngayong linggo," Jennylyn Mercado noted.

Regine agreed with the Season 1 Ultimate Female Survivor but expressed hope for Joemarie’s future.

"Ako rin, kaya lang meron rin siyang mga kinakailangan i-improve. Sa akin naman, nakatungtong na siya sa stage na 'to [so] may mararating na siya. This is a starting point for him," she added.

It was a rough week for the boys as the bottom group included Elyson de Dios, James Teng, and Jay Arcilla.

The past week, the Top 13 went through a rigorous acting challenge as they shared comedy, drama and comedy horror scenes with the alumni.
