John Lloyd Cruz was among the guests at the second birthday celebration of Liana, the daughter of his former partner, Ellen Adarna.
John Lloyd Cruz attended the second birthday celebration of his ex-partner Ellen Adarna's daughter, Liana, on Thursday, October 22.
In Instagram Stories reposted by Ellen, John Lloyd was seen sharing a heartwarming moment with Liana, affectionately called “Lili,” whom Ellen shares with her former husband, Derek Ramsay.
The actor playfully interacted with the birthday girl, as seen on the videos. John Lloyd and Ellen also share a son, Elias Modesto.

Along with other guests, Ellen and John Lloyd enjoyed dining together to celebrate Lili's special day.
Meanwhile, Ellen shared on Instagram a candid photo of herself feeding Lili with a bottle.
She wrote in the caption, "Happy 2 my baby girl. #breaktime #reallife no glam here hahahahaha"
For his part, Derek organized a separate birthday celebration for Lili at their home. He also shared photos from their previous trip to Hong Kong Disneyland to mark his daughter's birthday.

In November 2025, Ellen confirmed her separation from Derek in a series of social media posts, sharing screenshots and videos in which she alleged infidelity and verbal abuse. She also revealed that she had sought assistance from barangay authorities as she prepared to move out of their shared home.
