Multi-awarded TV and movie actor John Lloyd Cruz will be spending his Holidays with his son with ex-partner Ellen Adarna this Christmas.
In an exclusive interview with 24 Oras, John Lloyd is planning to go on a trip with Elias Modesto, before going back to work at full throttle again.
He shared, “Before Christmas, may mga konting trips kasama ang akin anak. So, isa 'yun. After Christmas, siguro early next year, medyo gusto ko muna mag-trabaho.”
The bankable leading man also took the opportunity to thank all their guests in the hit Kapuso sitcom Happy ToGetHer for making their show one of the top-rated programs on Sunday primetime.
Viewers should also expect a lot more laughs, when the comedy program returns from its season break in January 2023.
“Mero'n pang wild idea si Direk Bobot na dapat pagsasama-samahin lahat naging guest, medyo mahal po. Nelson, ang pinakamagandang compliment na naiiwan--is kapag mero'n kaming guest, gusto nila bumalik.” John Lloyd noted.
“So, nagpapasalamat kami, kasi hindi naman din kami makaka-dalawang season kung hindi sila nagbigay ng panahon para makasama kami sa programa namin.”
In addition, the highly-respected actor also reiterated during his interview with 24 Oras that he is looking forward to doing another project with on-screen love team Bea Alonzo.
“Oo ang tagal nga niya e”, he then said in jest, “Tagal ko na po naka-standby Miss Bea. Waiting lang po and anytime po on your cue.”
